Followup Team
Team Leader: Shinji May
Our guest’s experience will be a flash in the pan if not for the follow up team. This team will recruit, train, and mobilize an army of volunteers whose interest is seeing people get a boost in our community. They will build relationships that will last a life time, or perhaps one without end.
Objectives:
- Develop a program of volunteers that make sure attendees get to their follow up visits
- Develop a program that connects churches, Compassion Connect, and individuals with CR guests
- Follow up on patients needing on going healthcare
